On November 23, 2006, Attorneys David Brill and Raul Moreyra, senior partners of Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados, gave two conferences in Paris, France, during a seminar organized by UBIFRANCE and the Economic Missions from the French Embassies in Mexico, the U.S. and Canada.
The topic of the seminar was the legal framework, including the fiscal aspects, of the sale and distribution of products and services in Mexico, the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Brill and Mr. Moreyra analyzed the topic from the standpoint of Mexican Law. The legal aspects applicable for Canada and the U.S. were explained by Canadian and American attorneys.
