We advise foreign clients on Mexican labor and employee benefit laws, as well as help them to avoid -- and, when necessary, contend with -- employee relations issues. We have experience dealing with Mexico's powerful unions and have spearheaded labor negotiations and crafted collective contracts. We also represent clients before the Social Security Administration in their opposition to classifications and categorizations.
