Goodrich, Riquelme represents insurance companies in litigating claims filed against them. Occasionally we represent other clients in negotiating insurance and reinsurance arrangements, primarily in the casualty area.

Like other industries previously limiting foreign investment, the insurance industry is seeing liberalization as the result of bilateral and multilateral trade agreements.
